    Lines, VAT and your own footer. It goes out as a PDF from your address, not ours β€” so your client sees a quotation from you.

    Seven days side by side. Drag a job onto a day and say who is doing it.

  4. The crew opens their day

    In the app on their phone, iPhone or Android. The address taps through to directions, and the gate code is on the card.

  5. Hours are logged and approved

    Night and weekend weighting is worked out from the times entered. Approved hours lock.

  6. Invoice it

    The agreed price, the hours logged and what the subcontractor charged are already on the job. The invoice is made from them rather than typed out a second time.
